Integrative Medicine is healing-oriented medicine that takes account of the whole person, including all aspects of lifestyle. It emphasises the therapeutic relationship between practitioner and patient, is informed by evidence, and makes use of all appropriate therapies. 



There is a tendency to think of health as a distinct aspect to our lives. And in many cases, we think of it as something that happens to us, something outside of our control.

However, most physical and mental health conditions we experience are intrinsically linked with the broader aspects of our lives; our diet, our activity patterns, our stress levels, our thinking habits, our support networks and even our sense of purpose. Good health is about more than managing symptoms and avoiding long term conditions.


The holistic approach recognises that we are complex beings, made up of many interconnected systems, and that true health involves seeking balance in all aspects of our lives.

Passionate about healing.

I am a GP, Holistic Doctor and Coach based in West Kent.

I have dedicated the last 25 years to exploring how I can best help people make the most of their health. I have studied and use a blend of conventional, integrative, functional and lifestyle medicine, mindfulness, clinical hypnosis and acupuncture, alongside my expertise in coaching, strategic leadership and digital technology to support my patients and the organisations I work with.

I am passionate about my role as an NHS GP, but so often meet patients I wish I had more time with. More time to understand their whole situation, more time to help them understand the complex factors at play in their health, and more time to support them to make changes that add up to life-changing progress.

The focus in the initial consultation is on really understanding where you are right now. Physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Everything we do, feel and think is interconnected. Western Medicine often focuses on the treatment of symptoms and the management of conditions. A holistic approach considers symptoms a signal of something not quite right, a warning. Not something to be treated, something to be respected and that should trigger a response from us.
